Except for the fact I kept getting e-mails that they couldn’t process my claim without proof Amazon had something to do with the damage….after I submitted the video and pictures three (3) times. Only resolved after I called and spoke with a person. She was very nice and helpful. She got it squared away very quickly.

I think this form should be sent AFTER the claimant receives payment …not before.
