I felt the ARC did well. However, I was disappointed with Amazon's procedure and response. This required too much work on my part for an issue created by a driver who drove onto my grass and mangled a laser projector (the fact that the driver saw what happened and decided to speed off was most upsetting). The back and forth emails and having to take pictures and submit a formal claim form was too much work for a $50 laser projector. For claims this small, Amazon should allow ARC to streamline the process for smaller claims like this. Finally, at no point did any Amazon employee (from my initial call to customer service, to the driver, to ARC) did anyone apologize for this.

The claims web site had functionality issues in Chrome. I was unable to scroll past initial screen and had to tab down to expose the rest of the page. Frustrating.

The claim representative was very helpful throughout the process. I was a little concerned in the beginning as it seemed that was going to be more timely and confrontational, but once it was established on what the damage was and how it was caused, they were great to work with.

I appreciate the resolution and am happy with it. However, it sucks that I had to send the photos multiple times for you all to admit you received them. Then, the claim was originally denied until I threatened legal action and asked you to review how many thousands of dollars I've spent. After all that, it was resolved, which is appreciated. Your customer service could improve in this regard. Note that the folks I spoke with were very courteous, but the folks who emailed and denied the claim need a customer service lesson.
