My representative was informant, friendly and courteous and made a bad experience much better. I am happy with the way and the speed in which ARC resolved my claim. I believe it was fair to all parties concerned.

The lady I spoke to was fast to help and as she was on the phone, another Amazon driver drove over our grass again and ripped it up. While I was trying to manually fix it, she was holding on the phone and just decided to bump up my claim to a little more to help cover the new sod I’m now getting for that spot too. Now I don’t have to file another claim and I can go get that sod immediately. I hate having to file any claims but I will say you all are fast and patient with us when we’ve had to do so. Thanks for making it painless. Hopefully the drivers just don’t make any more mistakes so we don’t have to come back with a future claim. Thanks though for making this customer service situation a pleasant one.
