ACR should reach out to the claimant before assuming estimate cost when there is a disagreement in settlement. My first estimate was high but they never called me to discuss it. They were going to just issue an amount THEY found feasible and not allow me to get a secondary estimate to them until after I fussed

I am not satisfied. I was told a check for $300 was issue on August 1st and I have not received it yet. I would like to have my wall restored back the way it was before your driver knocked it down asap.

Finding how to start the process was almost impossible as Amazon deliberately makes contact information obscure. Once I got into the process, it was handled smoothly and efficiently.
