It took two attempts for them to enter the correct Email address in their system. Once they entered the correct Email and I received the link to enter the claim information it went smoothly.

They didn’t hassle me at all, which is what I expected from a claims company. But they were efficient and fair. Also, friendly, which goes a long way.
