Only part I wasn’t “satisfied” with, was being asked for video proof of the actual driver & van during the incident “or the claim cannot move forward”. I understand there are many people who try to blame damaged property on other people/vehicles but that isn’t Always the case. We don’t have security cameras on our property & we Aren’t connected to our cell phones 24/7. I appreciated you guys taking my personal eyewitness account of the incident. Thank you.

I was dreading this whole claim process after the Amazon van hit my boat hitch. I have to say this has been the smoothest and quickly executed claim process I have been through. Thank you for making a horrible situation bearable.
