The claim form itself doesn't necessarily work. I was not able to select the points of impact on the interactive car figure provided. For this reason, I emailed the agent directly and had my issue resolved there.

after finding out that my mailbox was run over. i tried to contact amazon by phone . both numbers did not work. i was able to have you call me thru a chat session but it's very difficult to contact anyone at amazon by phone.
