Original phone call fir claim was not documented or dealt with at all. Second call was much better!! The Claim form and submitting Documents was an easy process. I missed the agent’s call a few times and replied with email, which was answered promptly. Thank You.

I hesitated in saying the claim was handled promptly, because it wasn't. HOWEVER- Once DEE KANZ got on the case, and I was in contact with her, the claim WAS HANDLED QUICKY, in a PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I did not have a problem at all with any of the people who handled the claims it was absolutely fantastic the only problem I have is the Amazon drivers who have been coming over here are not following the delivery instructions of please don't pull in my driveway that is why this was the third time the Amazon drivers got stuck in my driveway that I don't know how or why they are getting stuck. Other than that we are absolutely good thank you
