Due to the Corona virus, my initial call to talk to someone at Amazon took nearly 2 hours. But, once I spoke to an employee, Annette, was very supportive, professional, & stayed with me until I spoke to Robert V. at ARC. He too was helpful & empathetic. Next Christina Steele connected with me for the final steps. Fantastic customer service: professional, several follow ups, & Very prompt service!

I was very happy with the customer service and how understanding they were. Only reason I was neutral for how it was handled is because I did not get the check yet. Other than that I was very pleased.
