#2's "Somewhat agree" rating was due to my not being able to use the current technology ,i.e. email attachments and photos. I do not have a iphone or smart phone and our computer is very old, as are we when it comes to being computer-savy, LOL!! But Frank Evans was very helpful through the whole process.

I only wanted to file a complaint and was reimbursed for damage to my yard. Happy, and want to make sure drivers were advised to behave differently.
