The woman from ARC was fantastic. Amazon customer service is the worst ever. I wasn't after money. I wanted assurances that the driver that backed over my tree/shrubs FOUR times never comes back down my street ever again.

From the reviews i had read i will be honest that i was a bit worried when submitting my claim. However my experience was completely the opposite. Very prompt response, very simple, very efficient, very fast and moreover very friendly. I hope that this review helps provide the reassurance for others in a similar position that ARC is a great company to work with. Thank you ARC!

I succumbed to the carrot and took the payment for damage to my property but I really wanted that Amazon driver to be held accountable for her actions. The initial claim submittal process was very straightforward. ARC was persistent and efficient in requesting the required documentation. The only place where I feel you fell short was after completion of all submittals. At that point, communications from ARC came to a halt. I did receive prompt, but vague, responses to my enquiries as to the status of my claim. Final approval and payment of the claim was delayed a bit longer than I had hoped, but I did ultimately receive payment within a reasonable timeframe. It would have been nice if ARC had made more of an effort to keep me informed after you had received all necessary documentation from me.

One week after my claim. A driver delivered to my neighbors and parked in my driveway and speed out on to the road. My husband has video. REALLY? This is un acceptable!!!
