Although my monetary damages were not covered completely, I appreciated the prompt and professional response from ARC and also an apology which came from the driver in person. Having the driver apologize politely during his next delivery really meant a lot to us!! Therefore, I was happy to settle the claim.

Phone interaction was pleasant and professional. The chat feature was the complete opposite. After answering one or 2 questions, the chat rep chose to ignore me. After waiting over 30 minutes for responses, I ended up disconnecting.
