My claim was for a tree that was damaged during a delivery. I was given 200.00 dollars. However, if they tree does not live through the winter it will cost me closer to 750.00 dollars to resolve the issues. They tree will need to come down and be disposed of. Then the area will need to be prepped for a new tree. After that a new tree will need to be ordered and planted. While I am happy the issue was resolved, I am concerned that I will have future issues.

Overall process was quick and efficient. My only complaint would be the amount provided for damages will not cover the actual cost. I do appreciate the prompt attention and move to resolution, however, disappointed the amount provided will not cover my costs.

Overall I would have preferred that the incident had not occurred but I understand that things happen. This process was efficient, fair, and I was able to get reimbursed to replace my property. You made the best out of an unfortunate situation.
