Overall it went fine. I communicated with representative via email, which was ok, but it would've been nice to hear a human voice. Independent adjuster was prompt and friendly. I'm glad I had an independent witness, as I was getting the feeling that without that ARC may of not covered the loss. I hope the driver didn't lose their job.

It was not possible to get a video or photo of the Amazon truck that caused the incident! That's why the arrangement was not so satisfactory!

It’s unfortunate that the driver didn’t feel compelled to report the incident. They got out of their vehicle to assess what happened and drove off. Not what I would consider as an exemplary employee.
