While I understand that accidents occur, and was quite hesitant to submit a property damage claim, as I would not wish to incur negative repercussions for the driver, it’s not the first time I’ve had damage done by an Amazon delivery. The claim and restitution was handled extremely quickly, and was sufficient to enact a repair. Thank you.
