The timing of the claim through covid made it difficult for the process to move quickly, but the claim was resolved well and everyone along the way was a pleasure to deal with.

I am mostly satisfied with the result of my property damage claim. While Amazon only covered 50% percent of the total damages, I am thankful they helped.

Initial call to Amazon was BRUTAL, and the claims process puts the bulk of the effort on the claimant. Once those steps were complete, the resolution was extremely quick!

The system is broken in some way because I was asked to submit supporting documents multiple times despite uploading them with the original claim. Additionally I was contacted by multiple agents on the same issue despite already having a check issued and in the mail.
Amazon driver did $1500 worth of damage to my driveway, which I submitted an estimate for, but their great wisdom decided it was only worth $700. And that's after the initial settlement of barely over $500. So glad I get to go in the hole to fix what a careless delivery guy ef'd up. May stop using Amazon completely. This is the second time my property has been messed up by an Amazon driver.

Sorry this had to happen. The driver should have stopped. The Amazon representative first offered me a fifteen dollar credit. When I refused she said she had to speak to her supervisor, however when I asked to speak to her supervisor she put me on hold and after a few minutes she said there was not a supervisor on the floor forcing me to call again at a later date.
There was a lot of duplication of information, but I think everything was handled fairly and promptly.
The incident that happened was unfortunate,, but we were very satisfied with the outcome and were able to reconstruct our mailbox. We appreciate the speedy customer service. Thank you.
