    I am overall satisfied though the first offer was significantly low. I’ll still end up spending more by the time the lawn is repaired. As example found a main line sprinkler pipe broken that required repair. Still baffles me why the driver would think it was okay to drive up my lawn when the driveway is clearly adjacent.

    The quote and payment received was within $50 of the quote from the landscaper to fix the issue. So the software they used to generate the quote was likely very accurate and I was paid before my landscaper even gave me the quote for the repairs. Overall I was very satisfied,.

    I submitted a claim for $500 and you cheaply paid $375 claiming I didn’t show proof that the damage was caused by Amazon. Amazon driver was towed away and you should have proof on your end.

    The only issue I have is the amount of time it takes for them to send an e-check. If this process works as fast as the claims process as a whole there would not be any problems. However, I am satisfied with ARC and Amazon and I will continue to do business with them.

    Thank you for the painless transaction. My driveway was cleaned properly and it actually cost 250.00 so the 300.00 was more than enough to cover the bill. As I stated in the claim, The driveway is brand new so any stains stand out badly. Thank you for taking a bad experience and making it right.
