I just the drivers didn’t drive on the grass at all.
I have been an Amazon customer for years. I enjoy ordering from them. I do want to add that we have pavement to turn around. So if it rains and the driver gets on the grass the heavy weight of the truck they will get stuck. That is when problem come in with my yard. I asked that my packages are left at my front door. As we asked all other delivery people. Because we live away down from the street. Thanks VPM

I thank the ARC staff for your understanding as well as your efficiency. I had no witnesses and in the heat of the moment failed to take a photo of the delivery van that ran over my expensive electrical cord. You could have said, "Got proof?" And I would not have had any. A supervisor for the delivery service came out to speak with me, but after one text exchange I never heard from him again. Possibly he was told that ARC decided to pay for the damaged cord. In any event, I applaud your business integrity and customer service. Bravo to you, and thank you. Respectfully, Chris Clagett
Everything was handled electronically and that was fine with me, But some people would have trouble finding their way through the process.
The service level was fantastic. Yet very disappointed that Amazon does not instruct their drivers better to avoid damage to homeowners property.

The representative I dealt with was very quick to reply to my initial claim. They assisted with providing proper video and images of the damage. Once I was able to get a quote, the claim was granted very quickly. The check was sent and received well before the 20 days I was told it may take.
The first call didn’t work- something was not done and I never got the claim email. The 2nd time- all went smoothly. I was also pleasantly surprised you covered the full amount. It was an expensive repair due to the granite post . Thank you.
