Handled fairly quick
Through out the whole process everything went smoothly with no problems.
It should be easier to redeem the check. It took the bank clerk several minutes to figure it out. The fee for using my Paypal was 1/4 the amount of the check, thus limiting my options.

First, they sent 3 emails with links that did not work. It was a run around from the start. Their goal when communicating with them was to deny and delay. I sent them a dozen photos of the damage. They said the photos were not clear enough. So I sent them 30 more. Then they lied when they said after a thorough review of the issue and based on area data ( or some BS like that) they came back with $350 offer. My cost is $400, not $350. The company that did the 120' driveway offered to repair the job which cost $760., for $400. That was a good deal, a fair deal. But the trillion $$$$$$$$ Amazon insurance company wanted to screw me out of $50. Ridiculous. Only after I told them if my attorney had to intervene it would cost them $1,200 plus the $400 did they agree to the $400. I had to laugh then I got the email saying after an even more extensive review they agreed to pay the $400. LIARS. Then they had the gall to offer me $400 in Amazon gift cards. I stopped doing business with Amazon many years ago because of unethical business practices. And I hope I never come in contact with anyone who works for or with Amazon. Why an Amazon driver, who I hope was fired, delivered a package if ordered from eBay is beyond me.
I had to go through a couple of people to get to the claims department, however, all were courteous, helpful and responded promptly.

Thank you for the quick processing and payment of my claim.
I initially couldn’t cash the e-check because my printer was malfunctioning so I requested a paper check. I forwarded the email to my wife who was successful in depositing the e-check.
This claim is a common occurance. Your drivers continue to drive on my grass causing damage to my sod and irrigation system. This claim was handled promptly and without a hassle this time. I appreciate it.
