The claim was issued in USD however my settlement was confirmed in CAD, due to changing currency rates, by the time I received my cheque I lost $20.

My claim was handled very quickly and for that I am grateful, however, the start of the claim was a little haphazard. In particular, although given a link to create an account I was unable to do so as no code was issued to access the ARC website. This wasn't a great problem as the assigned agent simply informed me to email her directly which worked very well. I had no issues with the agent who was very proactive and customer aware. My only issue was having to input the same information several times. Overall, the claim was settled much quicker than I was anticipating. Thank you
I thought it was a little odd that Amazon sent me an email after 3-4 days of filing the claim. I wanted to have someone (masonry expert) come to our home to inspect the stone wall that the Amazon driver ran into. I had not yet completed this when I rec'd an email from you saying that they determined that $300 would cover the damage. How would you possibly know this? It turns out that there was minimal damage to the wall and some damage to the landscape (plants) which would be covered by the $300 so in the end, the amount was fine. I just wish they would have not "jumped the gun".

The interface to the online claim form does not work very well with an ipad. Some of my text ended up in the wrong fields and in the process some information was overwritten.
This experience was the most rapid experience I have ever encountered with an insurance agency. Completely the claim form was very fundamental as it was and overall less stressful process. I thank you for your rapid resolution in repairing my vehicle. Once I provided the. Estimate for my repairs I received a payment within 48hrs. Thanks again!!

I was actually very pleasantly surprised by how simple it was to file this claim, and how quickly it was resolved with no hiccups. The property damage has already been corrected, thanks to the alacrity of your response, and I greatly appreciate that.
Because this claim process was new to me, it was a little challenging ensuring my communication was received. In fact, there was a threat to close the claim if no communication was received although I had filled out and submitted the claim form twice. Anyway, all worked out in the end.
