Thanks for help. BUT bothered that the neighbor , where amazon delivery was delivered was not able to turn around on delivery property, there is enough space, to head out onto my driveway. I am bothered these amazon trucks back out on my driveway and not sure if amazon is being given accurate instructions for delivery location : n8595 lake shore drive, mike keck, something should done abt that.

I Hidden issue with an Amazon driver that walked on my newly sealed driveway and left foot prints on my deck. I did file a complaint. The wait time was very short. I've got several emails back-and-forth to upload documents and photos. I was much surprised how quick they resolved this issue I'm very pleased, they understood exactly what I was talking about and when they saw the pictures, they completely agreed with the damage of the foot prints on the driveway they were very quick on processing a payment how much surprised and very pleased

The first two people I spoke to did not help me at all. Their English was poor and told me I would get a call from the claims department. This never happened, the third person was very helpful and connecting me with Nicole. She put the claim in and within a couple days it was resolved. I very much appreciate Nicole and that third customer service representative I spoke to. The second person I spoke to referred me back to the same number I was on with her and after hanging up, this was realized -quite frustrating.

My claim seems to have been resolved quickly but I still haven’t received the check that was supposed to have been sent almost a week ago.
Immediate response, Claims adjuster was very nice - I heard from him immediately - issue was resolved very fast - I received the check and have scheduled the repair - a great ending to a not great situation ! Thank you !
It started out slow but finished strong. I am pleased with the payout so I can purchase a new bike rack (-: you REALLY need to train your drivers more thoroughly ! I am retired FEdEx and I any employee exited their seat with the engine on, in drive, no brake and went to the cargo area causing an accident, they would be fired that moment. The driver is VERY lucky this happened just an hour before school let out. He could have hit a child !

Satisfied, but confused as I was told the settlement was $400 and then I get this email telling me that it's $367.11. I'm confused. How and why would the amount drop after I accepted it? Thanks
