The resolution was fair. Good communication throughout the process. My pictures didn’t go through the initial process. Not a big deal as I emailed them and received a response the next day.

I received the refund for the damaged property, however, in order to receive the payment electronically, I had to take a $4.99 haircut for a service fee. I printed out the check, but I was not pleased when I saw that a charge was involved to send the payment directly to my bank.

At first, it was unclear that the form was dynamic and that new options would appear. I was initially drawn to the file upload widget at the bottom of the form when, in actuality, I should have started at the top of the form. It was also unclear how much time I had to fill out the form until my session would expire.

Only additional commentary would have been it would have been nice to have some sympathy and apology for what happened instead of a strictly transactional conversation other than that quick response.
