Although the response time from the customer service department was quick, I am not confident that the issue of delivery drivers pulling into my driveway and causing more property damage to my retaining wall will stop, even though my account clearly states, DO NOT PULL INTO DRIVEWAY. Some of the drivers, both subcontracted, driving unmarked sedans and vans (as late as 9pm) as well as those in Amazon vehicles, demonstrate lack of respect, driving skills and regard for the customers property.

Working with ARC was a very smooth process. Customer Escalation Specialist, Christine Steele, handled herself in a very professional and courteous manner.
The intitial innteraction I had was positive then I was sent to a claim rep that was less than friendly, but who resolved the issue satisfactorily.
The claim process was very easy and resolved quickly. As soon as my reimbursement is received I will be very satisfied.
I was concerned when the damage occured and that ARC was handling. I had an incident with FedEx taking out my mailbox and my neighbors several years ago. It was witnessed and on video and I'm almost certain ARC handled the claims for them. It was an absolute nightmare even with witnessed and video taped footage. The claim adjuster was rude and demanding. This was effortless as it should be when someone has caused damage. Thank you
I wish all my insurance claims were as simple and easy to successfully submit and resolve as this one. Thank you for your efficiency
It was handled efficiently but, in my estimation, not completely fairly. The compensation amount was less than the estimate to fix the damage. That is unfortunate and, from my perspective, was unnecessary.

Claim form had a confusing question. The rep email stated they don’t accept repair quote for property, but form had a question asking for amount of quote for car damage. The form would not let me submit without an amount in that section. I had to email rep and was told to put $0 or tbd, but this did add an extra step do me. Otherwise experience was great
