    I was given $25 for a irreplaceable item that the delivery driver stepped on and broke. Did not feel as though they cared or understood how much this item meant to me.

    Your form would not accept my e-mail address as legitimate. Yes, the same one from which this reply is coming. However, we were able to work around this and get the claim submitted and resolved. Hate that the incident happened but Thank you much for recognizing and resolving.

    Please note: the claims process is aggressive in that they sent at least one email a day and it was overwhelming. Also, there is an issue with the email sent that closes out a claim that is not filled out promptly: the email was sent that said my claim was closed because I hadn’t yet filled it out. That email said “to reopen, reply to this email with information,” so I filled out ALL the information, spent a lot of time on it, sent the email, and it bounced back as a no-reply email. The actual claims process was quick and simple, but the above were definitely issues I encountered before BEGINNING the process.

    I didn't know that I had to reply to the settlement email to receive payment which caused a delay. It would have been better if I had to fill out a form to specify payment.

    Truly disappointed w/damage done & going through process of filing w/Manatee County, FL, Sheriff’s Department. As a senior widow would have never believed the American flag so dishonored. My son is a deceased US Army & Marine veteran due to Camp LeJeune contaminated water! Alexis handled professionally & appreciate that!
