The payment process as far as get the actual $ could be faster. Venmo or Zelle would be a nice option.

Because of a technical difficulty, I was unable to attach documents to the claim form which was a little frustrating. However, I was allowed to attach my documents to an email, which worked out great.

In light of the circumstances, I am satisfied with the resolution. Had there been a note, I wouldn't have filed a claim at all. I will give the driver the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were not aware but it seems unlikely. John Pennybacker

Handled professionally
The only issue I had, in an otherwise great experience was I was paid in usd, and I'm in Canada. Not a huge issue, but would've preferred cad.
