    While fairly compensated for the damage this time, please know that this incident was at least the fourth over the last few years. I have had on file a request to not drive down the driveway. The drive is long, not straight and with a lawn on either side that is always wet, soft and easily damaged. Clearly many drivers cannot back up well. Some have chosen to K turn on the lawn. My hope is that the request is honored rather than having to complain and have to fix it again. Endangering the water valve at the street by damaging the protective rock wall and reflector post was a first but can't be allowed to happen.

    Communication was the bare minimum involving this matter. Was not given and option for payment or was told how I was receiving payment. Just told that it had been issued.

    I appreciate speaking with the last person I talked to about my claim. They took the time with me. I will say that you could have explained the ARC site better in that I had to create an account to see my claim. This helps. Overall, you all did a good job in getting me resolved in a timely manner.

    Only had 2 issues. It was very hard to find a phone number to contact Amazon and report this. I had to find a driver and ask them how to contact someone. Also the person I initially spoke with couldn’t speak English well. As a result my email address was taken down wrong which delayed me getting the information I needed to complete the claim. Everything else was great.
