The experience was generally good and the adjuster was very fast. My only issue is the exceptionally low labor rate applied to the payment. I even live in a more rural area and that amount is at least half of what expected hourly rate would be for landscaping/yardwork. Also your website doesn't work correctly. I had to delete the shadowbox element in the source code for it to work properly. It also appears each time you navigate within the site. Without deleting that element the entire website just has a blank gray box over it that prevents you from interacting with the site. It happens on both desktop and mobile.
