I was very pleased that the next day after I submitted photos and video, I was notified that it was received and accepted, and that later in the day my e-check was in my inbox! I really thought it would take much much longer to resolve this problem, and I'm grateful for the explanation I received on the phone when I called for help. Great job!

This process was painless, extremely easy and I was amazed at how quickly they resolved the situations. I was in fear that I was going to have to fight to get the situation resolved and I was utterly surprised out easily it was. 10/10 This by far would be the best experience to resolve damage due to a driver. I don't wish it upon anyone but if it does happen this is the way to take care of it.
