This process was painless, extremely easy and I was amazed at how quickly they resolved the situations. I was in fear that I was going to have to fight to get the situation resolved and I was utterly surprised out easily it was. 10/10 This by far would be the best experience to resolve damage due to a driver. I don't wish it upon anyone but if it does happen this is the way to take care of it.
