    the only problem I had was all the contact wanting more info after the camera was resolved. it seemed to be a lack of communication between the clames department and whoever came out and fixed it

    It seemed to be okay just the email address to me was confusing I would call to verify if my emails made it to the people handling the claim. Other than that it was a very easy claim to investigate and conclude due to the nature of all the facts. Thanks John

    Although this took over a year to be resolved, due to probably many factors, after contacting ARC again recently, regarding this claim, it was handled promptly and resolved which was GREATLY appreciated. Thank you

    My small claim involving an Amazon Prime driver pulling into my driveway and damaging property including my Private Drive sign. He made his delivery to the neighbor but didn't even stop to acknowledge the damage he caused. My security system caught the incident and after submitting a copy of the video, Amazon settled amicably. I'm pleasantly surprised.

    The claim form was generally easy to work with when I started it, but then tried to upload my damage cost-estimate at a later date, and it kept requiring me to re-enter everything I already entered. I finally got frustrated and e mailed the claim rep, who was terrific and settled the claim immediately. So overall, my experience was very good. Thank you.
