    The initial interaction was very helpful and courteous. It was after the initial request that it became rather frustrating. We submitted what was requested very promptly and it seemed like nothing we got after that was good enough.

    On the claim, it asks for an estimate. That isn’t always possible to obtain. I put only $100 as it asked me to put something and I didn’t have a paper estimate. Someone there should be responsible for deciding the amount. Deep ruts have to be dragged flat and then reseeded. Next time I will make sure to get an estimate ahead of time. After seeing an email for a $450 payment request I felt better, but am only receiving $100. It won’t be enough.

    I was reimbursed after a few months of sending emails without a response. 2 of those emails were sent to my "adjuster" who never replied and perhaps was no longer with the company-that may have been the issue. I received payment for the damage, and all ends well-TY

    The check is with Deluxe they informed me I must contact you to send it in the mail. I cannot print out or download. It is more probably from my mistake. As I explained my Senior status has hampered my resolution also included. Awaiting a response from Claims to send in the mail to home address. Thank you.

    By having email exchanges, it was easy to keep up with the steps in the process. A few of the emails confirmed receiving an attachment to my email, and gave me a timeline for when I would hear back from an ARC rep and that was met and appreciated. The people I exchanged emails with and spoke to on the phone were respectful of my time and concerns and addressed my questions. Thank you!

    Great service once I got information that I needed to submit for documentation. Example (invoice) never was asked till two or three e-mails down the road.
