Initially it was a little difficult to make the claim. However once the requirements were met the process moved along very well and efficiently.
There was a long delay between emails from my adjuster. But once I was able to reach them, we quickly reached a good conclusion.

I think the time from when we agreed on a settlement, and the time to get the check was a little long. It took a couple weeks. I also was sent an email that said I would be notified in 24 hours that I would receive notification of the settlement. Three business days later, I had to email first to ask where the settlement was. Basically I think the overall time between the agreed on settlement and the actual settlement was a little long. But overall the experience was good.
Even though we obtained estimates from Home Depot and landscaper, estimates were reduced by 33%. We will have to incur difference to repair.

Other than having to tell my story in painstaking detail at least 3 times to 3 different people, the process was smooth and handled professionally and quickly.
