To ALL CONCERNED I was very surprised with the efficiency I received over this claim. It was only for $29.95 which is so so small; yet however your Company did what a lot of Companies don't do. I am a retired Exec Rep in Marketing in a extremely large Steel Corp. We were babies in the field when we started and we yet beat ALL our competitors within less than 10 years. It wasn't with price, but in Customer Service and caring for our clients interest as if they were Family . I believe ARC and Amazon both have this magic in their Corp as in the Corp I was in. I used to sell 20 million in steel per year and always treated both small and large clients the same and as if they my FAMILY. I am so HAPPY there are businesses such as yours. If we had not been lucky enough to pull our neighbors video, this experience may have been much more difficult.
Once it was in the hands of Adrian Archer, the claims adjuster, then things moved along well. Adrian was responsive, professional and lovely.

Agent was very helpful in the offer but since I was not home I could not supply pictures of the actual driver hitting our stone wall. Hopefully I can find some one to fix the damage for the $$ paid
I don't like that I had to initially speak with 3 different people on Amazon for over 30 minutes prior to getting to actually communicate with a claims representative.

Very happy with the help and support provided with my claim.
Due to the multiple contacts/companies contacted to start the claim process the experience overall was not great. Possibly think of proving the insurance information directly instead of having to jump through hoops before starting the claims process, it delays claim processing and makes it harder to submit the claim to the necessary party. We do appreciate the speedy processing of the claim once the information was submitted however.
Very efficient way to do small claims. Never used a "deluxe" check but after reading instructions it was simple. Thanks for making it easy to use and understand.
Please try to ask the prospective claimant to provide their Prime Membership number or phone number to quickly establish residency information. Then just confirm those details. During the initial claim interview. Other wise , great job.!
Have not yet gotten the check. I was glad that The driver that caused the accident reported it to us immediately,
I called and tried to leave a voicemail to call me back 3 times. I may have not gone through all the steps required to leave the message properly.. I did finally get a return email regarding the third voicemail I left. Not sure if it was my error in leaving the message ( the complete steps involved), or if it was not returned promptly. If it was my error on the first to requests for a callback, I apologize. But perhaps the steps to leave a voicemail are not really clear. I was concerned about the delay in getting the finalized check out to me. I do understand the d..n virus slowing things. Thank you. ( By the way. I am a retired Allstate insurance agent of 21 years - just sales and service.)
