Was not happy that when I was texted that the check was e-mailed it took 5 days to resolve and I kept calling and e-mailing that I did not get the check. Madeline was very efficient and got me the check within 10 minutes.

I provided the initial picture with my claim, but later was asked for it again. Now, the original picture was from my iPhone in an Apple format - maybe they could not open it. So second time I converted it into PNG. But not all clients know things like this and everybody has an iPhone.

This has been one of the fastest, most efficient claim settlement I have ever experienced! You people and your system are outstanding! I emailed my quote, got the okay and the check was emailed to me and deposited within 48 hrs... Makes me almost glad the Amazon driver ran into my garage... Just super glad no one was hurt and this experience was exceptional. Thank you to everyone involved...
