Was not happy that when I was texted that the check was e-mailed it took 5 days to resolve and I kept calling and e-mailing that I did not get the check. Madeline was very efficient and got me the check within 10 minutes.

Took to long to solve my claim.
I provided the initial picture with my claim, but later was asked for it again. Now, the original picture was from my iPhone in an Apple format - maybe they could not open it. So second time I converted it into PNG. But not all clients know things like this and everybody has an iPhone.
The process went smoothly and everyone I interacted with was kind and responsive.
