On 03/05/2021 I emailed Madison Alger to assist me to give delivery instructions which would require drivers to leave the vehicle in the street and not use my driveway. No response. Very frustrating.
We were told via email that we would hear back within 5 days; 5 days came and went with no contact. We then called and the woman we talked to was very helpful, explaining they were short staffed due to Covid-19. She pushed the paperwork through and we did receive reimbursement quickly. Overall very satisfied with the resolution.

Still As of today March 11, 2021 for a second claim check of $2000 which is due now to pay the constructors Waiting to hear from you soon thank you in advance

I initially entered the claim information into the online claim form. After that, each time I opened the form the info I had entered did not appear so I rentered it. After the 3rd or 4th time, I stopped reentering the info. Despite that, the claim was promptly paid when I finally received and entered the repair invoice.
my claim was handled very quickly and proffesianlly i am happy with the outcome

My only criticism is that there was no communication from the time I was notified that an adjuster was assigned until a check was issued. Other than that, very impressed. Thanks again.
This time around I was helped promptly and paid quickly for the mailbox damage, I am very pleased with this. about 5 months faster than the first time. Keep that up. 1 thing, I was not able to upload the doorbell video footage of the accident happening. Would have been nice for that to be available.
