    The claims reps were helpful and cordial. Please do not drive the prime vans up the driveway before the it cleared of ice and snow. This would have prevented the entire incident.

    Claim was handled very well and was easy. I had clear camera footage showing the damage happening. I worry others without footage would have a more difficult time. I would recommend Amazon work with their drivers to be more careful on private property or if they damage something, that they should say something.

    The driver called the claim in immediately, I had a claim form by the end of the day, I had a real live person with their name, email and phone number who was incredibly responsive. No beating around the bush, no stall nonsense. Issue was resoled and check issued as soon as I had a firm estimate and it was humanly possible. They did try to trick me into accepting a low ball offer before I had a chance to get a real estimate. I thought this was a bit sleazy. Granted, I had the driver dead to rights with a video ironically on Amazon's own Ring product, so there was very little to dispute. Accidents happen and Amazon make the resolution as easy as it could have been completed. Thank you.

    It was just a real pain to have to send you a video because it was too big for your system to accept I made it smaller for five times still would not accept it that was annoying other than that everything was pretty much okay

    I first spoke with three Amazon representatives who were in Manila before any mention of a claim was made. I later spoke with Robin Backus, another representative, who took my information and filed my claim. She referred it to the ARC. I ended up having to submit a second claim, which was filled out by me. I received two emails from ARC on Jan. 14th, and one included instructions on downloading the e-check. I took it to my credit union and deposited it the next day. I have not used the money from it yet. I received an email on Feb. 1st from ARC telling me that an e-check would be mailed shortly. I am now wondering if the first one was good. If someone could follow up on this e-check, I would appreciate it, as I don't want to write any checks and the money not be there.     They never called me Always had to contact them. Otherwise I was satisfied about the outcome. They need to have their drivers more respectful of customers' property.
