Did not get a timely response from ARC on the initial claim. Once I notified ARC about the delay the claim was promptly actioned to my satisfaction.
This was a truly easy process with your company. I was expecting a drawn out program but the agent I had (Christine) was really first class and settled my claim within days of submission. I give your company 5 stars on a 5 star rating system!
Although I had to speak to four or five different Amazon representatives and repeat the same information numerous times to bring them up to speed on the situation, once I was put in contact with Miranda, things proceeded quickly to a satisfactory resolution.

The ARC payment requires an account linking financial information. It is not complicated but I don’t prefer online commerce. And then after I created everything there was a 4.99 fee. Frustrating
I had lots of trouble with the picture upload on your claim website. I emailed them to the claims representative, who was very helpful.
I have never experienced such immediate response and help from a company. I figured I’d have to fight lol to make this situation right.
