I am happy that my claim was processed quickly and the payment towards the expenses incurred to repair the damage was sent fully, However, I am not sure if the investigation identifies the person; a person how caused the damage and hit-n-run, and holds her accountable. Bringing such accountability is what I expected as well. Thanks again for your swift response.
The reason I selected "Somewhat Agree" on most of those questions, is because it took me contacting the office of Mr. Jeff Bezos to get anyone to talk to me and help me with this. After that, yes, the process went smoothly and I was satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.

This is not the first time Amazon driver have damaged my property including my lawn and in the winter multiple driveway stakes. Hopefully their drivers will be better trained for driving larger van and not to pull in and attempt to turn around in driveways .

It would have been nice to have a person to deal with since this was the second time in less than 2 weeks.
The claim form portal was flawed, uploading was difficult and some functions did not operate properly. I am using the latest software on my 2 year old MacBook Pro. All things considered, the process took a few days longer than I would have liked, but the e-check settlement option saved time. I overall appreciated Monika’s help and thought her attention to detail was superb. Thanks.
