There was a definite communication gap during the entire process. Miss Mariella Montano never responded to any correspondence. However, when Miss Abbey took over for Miss Montano the entire process was efficient and was handled extremely well. Please thank her again for me.

My claim representative was efficient and understanding. She went above and beyond to help me. I never felt like I was just another case, nor did I feel like the process was hurried to get to the next phone call. She took as much time as needed to give the matter the attention needed. I would clone her and send them to Comcast and T-Mobile! The entire process from call to compensation was much faster than I expected.

Each of the women I spoke to during the process was efficient and understanding and made it a much easier process than I had anticipated. They followed up, they clarified when it came to payment options and did so with kindness.
Damage was done to exterior property structure. Materials are no longer produced to match, so the whole thing has to be rebuilt. They kept asking for proof that the materials are no longer produced. How do you provide proof a thing does NOT exist? Very irritating.
