The process was good and communication I felt was effective. I put neither disagree or agree for satisfaction of how the claim was handled due to the claim amount being calculated. There was no evidence or explanation of how the claims department determined how my drive way damage was $220. I did not argue but I felt more could have been done to determine accurate representation.

I was very pleased with the rapid response and reimbursement for damages caused by an Amazon driver. The person who I initially talked to was awesome. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. The follow up responses from ARC was excellent!! Thank you.

I think we are inconvenienced because I did not have conclusive evidence a prime driver did the damage & as a customer we are inconvenienced to do the repair ourselves

Claims process worked well. Now if only Amazon would educate their drivers properly, we wouldn’t have any more property damage to our residence. This is the 2nd claim for us and numerous claims from other local property owners

I was impressed with the efficiency of this claim process. As good as Amazon itself, no mean feat and one heck of a standard to me. Check received when promised. Please submit an offer to run any and all government services.... especially the post office. I'll vote for it.

ARC was great once they got involved. Amazon customer service was awful! It took weeks of phone calls and emails before Amazon finally got ARC involved.

My claim was handled/processed between ARC and my Condo management firm. It seems to have gone smoothly-- but the process (as 'copied to me') was somewhat laborious.

Your claims are set up for traffic accidents. This claim was for property damage, and had some hiccups due to the supposition that all claims are for traffic accidents.

When ARC first provided a payment amount, it wasn’t near what my handyman quoted me. He went down and ARC went up to his lowest price so I will not have to pay a cent out of pocket. Thank you for being fair, prompt and professional.
