    Initially it was push back and denial, then clam granted. The initial person I spoke to was most polite and empathetic. Person handling the claim. . .not so much. The burden of this issue was placed on me, not on the person who caused the problem. Shame.

    Hopefully Amazon has talked to the driver about this incident. This was actually the second day in row that the drive damaged my driveway. First day I left it go. But it did report it to Amazon customer service so obviously they never passed it onto the driver. This is the problem..

    The entire claims process from initial contact to resolution was prompt and very efficient. Although I was unable to access the ARC claims portal to submit or track the claim, they made it easy via email and the claim was resolved to my satisfaction very quickly and much quicker than I had anticipated.
