Dealing with Ms. Wentzel was awesome. She listened, was professional, courteous, and successfully resolved my claim. The first time I called into ARC to speak to someone- Aug. 17th or 18th late afternoon, my experience was horrifying. Spoke to a gentleman who verbally abused me. He was condescending, rude, disrespectful, and would not listen. I would like to make ARC aware of this experience. No one should ever have to be treated like that. Ever.

Thanks, while initial phone calls to get to this point were lacking when first contacting Amazon (thats customer service not ARC), once things got rolling, the claim went smoothly at ARC, so for ARC I am very satisfied.

It was initially very difficult to figure out how to register the damage complaint through the usual Amazon review channels. But once ARC got involved, things went much more smoothly.
Issue was resolved in a timely manner. Customer service was great .

My head is still spinning because of how fast my claim was completed. To receive payment in a matter of hours is unheard of. I am so thankful that for once I did not get the runaround. I am almost speechless. I do owe a big thanks and many many kudos to my case manager for understanding my frustration and my agitation with her ability to talk me down and explain things to me.
I’m just disappointed I had to file a claim in the first place due to a careless driver who didn’t follow delivery directions.

There was a problem with the claims submission page, and I was unable to use the portal provided. However, I was advised promptly to resubmit the claim documentation and pictures via regular email. That took a few days, but it worked. I have deposited the check and made an appointment for the fence to be repaired shortly. Thank you, Stanley G. Miguel, Ph.D.

I was very upset when the damage was done to my property, and equally upset that I now had to file a report, but Amazon made it so easy.
