There was just one issue. ARC requested all the information. I presented all the information. Then they requested additional information. It would have been better to request all the information up front. Then I would have provided all the information. It would have been more efficient. Overall, it was a polite and good experience with knowledgeable customer service.

If Amazon Drivers would stay on the driveway this would have never happened! UPS and FedEx stay on the driveway. Some Amazon are Lazy and drive up to your door...
