    I received the claim check and as alway Amazon has resolved any issues over the years. Amazon remains my Prime site to shop.

    The inconvenience the delivery driver caused by hitting my vehicle was unacceptable. Trying to find a way back and for to work and to the car dealership was a serious problem. I still have to schedule the truck for repairs after the check arrives. Driver did not stop after he hit my vehicle and someone had to chase him down just to take a picture of the delivery van license plate and rear of the vehicle. Also it was difficult to find the right phone number to call Amazon. A phone number should be posted on all of your delivery vehicles to report issues such as what I went through. Cameras should be installed in each delivery vehicle to monitor the action of the delivery drivers. Warm regards, Kenneth Adams

    I guess what I don’t understand is you send a check based in preliminary charges and the check stub says final settlement, but then you say you would pay for any additional charges, but the fact is if you cashed the first check with preliminary charges which says final you could deny any additional charges. So that was a little scary because I thought if necessary I could not fight you if any extra charges. Luckily I did not have any, but it is just an observation

    I would prefer a less sketchy delivery service. Something that is a more of a national brand/standard. The delivery service for the e-check feels like a scam site, and in a lot of ways it is as it tries to get you to choose an option to pay money to have the money delivered to your account.

    I feel whoever was responsible for handling my claim went above and beyond. I would have gladly received an Amazon credit or direct replacement but the claim was already approved and payment sent. Thank you, and again I know it was an accident by the delivery person and I hold no animosity towards anyone.
