Happy with the process and settlement. I'm hoping this driver was disciplined and the notes are enforced to stay off my lawn when delivering packages. The driveway has plenty of space.

Since our claim was not a standard problem, there was some initial difficulty getting the correct form. Once you received all the information the claim was processed easily and very promptly. We received the check in three weeks from the date of the incident. We greatly appreciate the respectful and prompt response we received to our claim.

I could not believe how great this team was. I told them what happened what the part cost that Amazon damaged on my camper for me to replace it was done. These days it’s hard to find a company that does the right thing when an employee damages property I could not believe how easy this was and now everything is fixed.

The toughest part was finding the correct phone number and person to connect me to the claims department. Once this was done all of the other interactions were very respectful and the claim was handled easily and fast. A good result to an unfortunate accident. Thank you.
