Our claim consists of multiple events and unfortunately I was unable to submit a bigger claim for damages on both sides of my driveway.

Sent pics n video of the damage incident. There was no issue resolving the complaint. Hopefully it will be used to prevent an incident for another customer.

Initially, I felt so sick about the damage to my vehicle and garage door. It was so disappointing to see damage with such a new vehicle, but honestly Amazon's process was so painless and efficient - I felt heard, recognized and validated - we are so impressed with Amazon's claim process overall. We have even ordered a camera through Amazon now so we can be sure we are properly equipped and safe. A tremendous job - thank you! We are Amazon loyal, for sure.
