The process was easy and everyone was kind
I believe we initially had a communication problem but my frustration was quickly addressed and resolved.
It should be made easier to find the information online in order to submit the claim. I had a heck of a time finding a phone number. Eventually I had to ask another driver who got me in touch with a supervisor who then gave me a number, then I was sent to several departments to get to the right one. It shouldn’t have to be like that just to get an issue resolved. Also I was not told my claim was approved until I inquired about the status 6 days after it was apparently approved.

I do not like the rational for the claim estimate. What I mean by this is that ARC said the dollar amount was a "industry standards" or average - fine, I understand that. But I am now left with having to take MY time and effort to find someone to do the repair,,, and MY time and effort isn't cheap. I believe I was shorted on this claim. I just went with the flow to get this ordeal over with so I wouldn't have to waste more of MY time on it. If anyone reads this- thanks.
The entire process was very easy and was resolved very quickly. I appreciate that I didn't have to jump through a thousand hoops to get the issue taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this was handled.
Hi The claim that I submitted was compared to last year. It was unfortunate it happened again. The pictures were different. Then they wanted records which I wasn’t aware of that. This years claim was resolved finally. I put signs up but I don’t want them up forever. They now pull in driveway instead of my lawn. Hopefully won’t happen again. Thank you very much Kathleen
It was a little hard to talk with someone at the beginning but besides that everything was fine. I tried contacting the number given to me about drivers not turning on my drive and they told me they would get back 24 to 48 hours. I never heard back from them. I appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter. Thank you.

After the initial shock of property damage from the Amazon delivery driver I was pleasantly surprised of the ease of resolution. I’m happy we had video/ring footage. Overall, this process was painless and that is greatly appreciated.
