I sent you two estimates from companies you went way lower on the estimates I found some licensed handyman to do the job Their prices are $374.58 more than you gave me. It’s sad that I have to come out of my pocket and pay for repairs that your company damage.

I had to make so many calls and was bounced around quite a bit but once i got to the right department and finally got an email sent to me things went quickly and smooth. One part to mention is that the original person sent my emails to a completely different person named Marcus. I was prompted several times to fill out an “email” that I never received.

I think the communication was decent: I had to repeat a lot of things from the initial communication. Maybe the issue was more with Amazon than on your end.
