    I was not happy with the company who hit my mailbox who was contracted by Amazon or by Amazon as they didn’t even tell me what to expect or apologize but the insurance company was polite, professional and responsive.

    I didn’t receive the amount of compensation I requested, but after a review the amount was raised to something closer to offset damages which I appreciated.

    The reason for the less than "strongly agree" on question 2, is that there was some difficulty with my claims representative accessing my photos when I uploaded them into the claims application and through email. However, after I sent them in a text message, the claim was processed quickly and I received the check promptly.

    I was very pleased with the promptness in which this claim was handled. The only initial problem was finding a phone number and connecting with a human person and not AI once this was accomplished everything else went smoothly
