The initial conversation I had with a phone representative was unprofessional. I did call back later and get someone who was able to help. I did work with someone by email and she was professional and easy to work with on this matter. I appreciate that this matter was resolved quickly once my paperwork and supporting documentation was received.

Terri Barnett, lady that allowed me to call her after my claim started (since I have trouble doing everything online) --I continued to ask her questions/ request assistance also - she was GREAT. She was very helpful & explained things when I got confused. She also replied promptly even when I left VoiceMails. Wonder job! Please pass that along to her for me ????
