The claim person that took all of my information was very nice, helpful and professional. I just wish the Amazon drivers were more respectful of customers property. I have spent almost $3,000 in landscaping to keep the drivers off my grass and it just continues to happen. They don't pay attention and most of the time they are on their cell phones when they drive into the driveway and when they leave. Very disrespectful.

Unfortunately to the matter that has occurred, I am satisfied with the outcome of this claim so far from ARC. Hopefully I will receive the funds quickly to repair my vehicle. This has been inconvenient however, ARC has done a outstanding job at this time. On a lighter note I hope not to need ARC services in the immediate future. Thank you in advance.
