The process to even file could be more streamlined. I had to dig around on the internet in order to find what was needed to even contact someone regarding this and how to go about initiating a claim. The form was fairly simple and straightforward, but when it came to discussing via email with someone about the events, the person acted like they never looked over the form I submitted. They asked for things to be submitted, which I did in the form. I ended up resubmitting the pictures and an account of the event of the incident in the email to the specialist. Everything afterwards went smoothly.
I am a pretty upset that they didn’t add any title of aggravation compensation, I had to take time off from work for the company to come and give me an estimate and will have to take it off again for them to come and do the repair.

I was extremely satisfied with the claim service. I would suggest Amazon / Arc advise their delivery drivers and dispatchers ARC contact information. It took over 2 weeks to resolve this issue most time was due to lack of information from Amazons dispatchers. Once I called Amazon directly the issue was resolved promptly.
Professionally I work dealing with many insurance companies and adjusters. I know this process can sometimes be difficult. I appreciate the courtesy from the claims specialist I dealt with and the prompt resolution of the issue at hand. Thank you.

For a claim that has to do with businesses, the process is frustrating because the email is not the same for actual in person vs. company
Overall, the experience was acceptable. My issue was that the customer service/experience aspect was not as warm and fuzzy as it should have been. It was clear that my driveway was marked up by the driver. One ARC reply was to the effect of " you can get us a quote to have it remedied , but our offer of $XXX still stands". I feel it should have been more like, " Mr. B, we will endeavor to get your driveway back to the way it was" More understanding of the customer's position especially when they are in the right is needed. It was a little shaky at the beginning....when I was informed that they could not identify or locate the drive. But another phone call provided clarity and from that point on.....everything went smoothly and quickly.
